Maker Invitations
Maker Invitations allow administrators to invite new makers to join your organization in Gryffi.
Overview
Invite makers to:
- Create journeys
- Manage content
- Access dashboard
- Collaborate Open in Gryffi:
/dashboard/team
Sending Invitations
Step 1: Open Team Settings
Go to Makers → Invite maker
Step 2: Enter Details

- Review details
- Click "Send Invite"

Email includes:
- Organization name
- Role assigned
- Accept link
Managing Invitations
View Pending
See all pending invitations:
- Invitee email
- Role assigned
- Expire date
- Actions - Resend and Revoke buttons
Actions

Validity Period
Invitations expire after:
- Default: 7 days
Expired Invitations
- Link stops working
- Must resend invitation
- Previous invitation invalid
Troubleshooting
Not Received
- Check spam folder
- Verify email address
- Resend invitation
Can't Accept
- Check link validity
- Check if invite is older than 7 days
- Request new invitation
- Contact admin
