Dashboard
The Dashboard is your central hub in Gryffi, providing an at-a-glance overview of your organization's journey activity, AI guides, and key metrics.
Overview
When you log in to Gryffi, you land on the Dashboard. It displays:
- Journey Statistics: Total journeys, published journeys, drafts
- End User Count: How many end users are registered in your organization
- AI Guide Count: Number of AI guides you've created
- Usage: The usage statistics of how many journeys, end users, ai guides, makers
- Completion Rate: How many end users that are invited to go on a journey have completed their journey
- Rewards: See how many rewards are active, claimed and remaining Open in Gryffi:

Dashboard Widgets
Journey Statistics Card
Shows the total number of journeys in your organization, broken down by:
- Published (live and available to end users)
- Draft (work in progress)
- Public vs Private journeys
End User Statistics
Displays the total number of end users synced or manually added to your organization.
AI Guides Card
Shows how many AI guides you've created.
Recent Journeys
A quick-access list of your most recently modified journeys, allowing you to jump back into editing.
Tips
Below the statistics, the Dashboard can show one tip at a time. A tip suggests a useful next step based on what your organization has done so far. For example: create your first journey, add end users, invite people to a published journey, or give an AI Guide its first documents.
- Only one tip is shown at a time, always in the same place.
- Each tip has one action button and a "Don't show this tip again" link.
- A tip disappears by itself once you have done what it suggests.
- Dismissing a tip is personal: it does not affect other makers in your organization.
- Viewers do not see tips.
Role-Based Access
What you see on the Dashboard depends on your role:
- Admin: Full statistics, all widgets, team activity
- Manager: Journey and guide statistics, recent activity
- Editor: Journey statistics, own recent journeys
- Viewer: Read-only view of published journeys
